TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement with the terms and conditions stated below.  The Eco Baby Boutique reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Upon checkout, the website will lead you to the Acknowledgement Page.  You will also receive 3 e-mails from us:

  • The 1st e-mail will let you know that your order was received.  This will also show the status of your order, our bank details, order summary and customer details.
  • The 2nd e-mail will contain a change in the status of your order.  This e-mail will be sent once your payment has been confirmed and processing of your order will follow.
  • The 3rd and last e-mail will show that your order has been completed or shipped out.  This e-mail will be sent after your order has been processed.

Please note that payments by cheque are not allowed.

Transfers from other banks are subject to clearing.  You will have to shoulder both the sending and receiving fees.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you and discuss with you alternative arrangements, such as selecting another item, placing a backorder, or cancellation of the order.

If for some reason we are unable to process your order, we will notify you via email within 24 hours.

We will hold the items for you for three (3) business days upon order confirmation. Payment is expected within this time; otherwise, your order will be cancelled, as we cannot hold on to items for you indefinitely.  If you cannot complete your payment within the said time frame, but would like to continue with the order, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For pre-orders and reservations, we will hold the items for you for two (2) weeks upon stock arrival.  Failure to respond after two weeks will result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your downpayment.

All prices for products and shipment are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

All prices are fixed – we believe we already offer our top quality products at pretty good prices!

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse orders.

SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched the day after confirmation of payment.  We regret that we cannot ship out orders with incomplete payments.

Please note that no shipments are made on Sundays and on public holidays.  One-day deliveries are from Mondays to Fridays only.

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email and update you with any applicable tracking numbers.

We are no longer responsible for packages that have been dispatched to the courier.  In the unfortunate event that your package arrives late, has been lost, or has been damaged in transit, The Eco Baby Boutique cannot be held accountable.  To guard against loss, you may wish to avail of shipping insurance.

You will be responsible for tracking your own package.  The tracking number is supplied to you for this reason.  For any questions on your package’s whereabouts, you may contact the courier directly.  Should you require further assistance, do let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

We check each and every item for faults and package the items with much care prior to shipment.  Please take time to inspect your package immediately prior to signing for acceptance.  If you find an item damaged, you may report it directly to the courier.

We regret to say that we are unable to accommodate meet-ups.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us!  In the unfortunate event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within seven (7) days upon receipt in exchange for another item of the same value or higher (subject to availability).  All shipping and handling fees are to be shouldered by the buyer and are non-refundable.

Please send us an email prior to shipment to arrange for the return.  We will not accept returns without prior approval.

Items must be deemed saleable, in their original condition, unused, unsoiled and unwashed, with tags in place and in their original packaging, in order to be accepted for returns.  The exchange shall be processed when the item is safely returned to us.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for sale items.
