Your satisfaction is important to us!  We check each and every item for faults as permitted and package the items with much care prior to shipment.  In the unfortunate event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within seven (7) days upon receipt in exchange for another item of the same value or higher (subject to availability).  All shipping and handling fees are to be shouldered by the buyer and are non-refundable.

Please contact us prior to shipment to arrange for the return.  We will not accept returns without prior approval.

Items must be deemed saleable, in their original condition, unused, unsoiled and unwashed, with tags in place and in their original packaging, in order to be accepted for returns. The exchange shall be processed when the items are safely returned to us.
