Shipping fee within Metro Manila for packages less than .5kg is P50.  For packages more than .5kg and for shipping addresses outside Metro Manila, we will give you a shipping quote.  We only charge the actual shipping costs.  We ship via Xend; we have found them to be fairly reliable and they offer the cheapest rates.  If you have a preferred courier, please let us know.

Your order will be dispatched the next day, upon confirmation of payment.  For deliveries within Metro Manila, orders will arrive the next day after dispatch. (i.e., if you pay on a Monday, your package will be shipped out on Tuesday, and you will receive your package on Wednesday.) For provincial addresses, expect deliveries after 2 – 5 days.  Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

For Cash On Delivery and same-day delivery (applicable to some areas within Metro Manila only), the shipping cost is P150.  Cut-off time is 11am.

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email and update you with any applicable tracking numbers.

We are no longer responsible for packages that have been dispatched to the courier.  In the unfortunate event that your package arrives late, has been lost, or has been damaged in transit, The Eco Baby Boutique cannot be held accountable.  To guard against loss, you may wish to avail of shipping insurance.

You will be responsible with tracking your own package. The tracking number is supplied to you for this reason.  For any questions on your package's whereabouts, you may contact the courier directly.  Should you require further assistance, do let us know.

Please take time to inspect your package immediately prior to signing for acceptance. If you find an item damaged, you may report it directly to the carrier.
